I would like to believe that we have some of the best customer service around. We have been told by several of our customer and people at gun shows that we always try to help them out in any way we can. It makes it really hard when some people want to take advantage of that. When you buy a firearm from another dealer because he was cheaper there are several things you need to take in affect why he's cheaper. One some don't have store fronts, some don't have the overhead of employees, some you need to make appointments with and some just don't want to help you when something goes wrong. Please check into this before buying and then going somewhere else for warranty work or repairs. It's not to say we would help you but don't go storming off mad when asked where you bought it.

From my viewpoint as a frequent customer, and from observation during the time I'm performing my duties as "Official Kibbitzer in Residence," I'd say that there's no one who tries harder to satisfy their customers. Sometimes - with some people - that's just not possible, in which case I recommend the following stragegy..........
